Stoelzel’s Structures is proud to announce a new series of modern –day homes intended for 28mm wargaming terrain for any 20th to 21st century gaming.  This terrain project was designed specifically to be built on standard 5 mm foamcore, for added durability and general heft.  Each of our modern day homes come with a fully modeled interior, which is accessible for game play by removing the roof.

Our units are move-in-ready.  Each home comes with a selection of furniture to decorate and populate the house.  More furniture will come in future releases.  Mix and match furniture between projects.

Formatted for printing on 8.5 by 11 inches paper with a maximal image area of 8 inches (203.2mm) by 10 inches (254 mm).

The housing industry has take quite a beating over the last few years, and we at Stoelzel’s Structures understand the need for cheap affordable housing, now more than ever.  With these concerns in mind, we would like to present to you, Trailer Town, a foamcore and cardstock terrain mobile home community project for 28mm scale wargaming.

Have a crummy credit rating?  Need to re-locate quickly (no questions asked)?  Our vinyl sided cube farm is the place for you.

One bedroom one bathroom trailers in clean trailer park for rent. Rent includes trailer, space rent and all utilities except electric!  Over 100 different pre-fabs, trailers or campers to choose from.

 This set includes two different sized pre-fabricated homes, a standard and a double wide (not quite twice the width). Typical for Stoelzel’s Structures, These are designed to be built from sturdy 5 mm thick foamcore, capable of withstanding your worst scale hurricane.  Also included in this set, we have a large luxury Trailer. This is a foam exterior, with cardstock inner walls.  Then, two different standard sized  campers, designed to be built with a card exterior and card interior.  Finally, we have included a small camper and an RV.  Each of these mobile style homes comes in at least ten different color schemes each, some coming in over two dozen different color schemes, including clean and “abandoned grunge” alternates. As with all Stoelzel’s Structures projects, this project comes with full furnishings to adorn your dwellings, and let me tell you, This one comes with over 50 pages props for customizing and decorating your own trailer park.
